Free basics do not require an account and exported PDFs are not watermarked. Larger local packets and batch workflows may require the one-time Local License and still depend on browser limits.
How it works locally
- Open PDFs, PNGs, or JPGs with the browser file picker.
- Reorder, rotate, remove, or annotate pages in the visual grid.
- Export a local PDF Blob when the browser worker finishes.

Limits to know
- Password-protected PDFs need a supported unlock flow before they can be merged.
- Very large packets can hit browser memory limits, so previews and exports include guardrails.
- OCR, HEIC/WebP conversion, cloud storage, and AI cleanup are not included in the core merge tool.
